光子感知 (Photon Intelligence) 课题组基于材料、器件、集成和算法一体化方案,发展高性能国产化光电子元器件,协助并拓宽人类感知,助力国家发展战略。

主要研究方向:高性能光电传感器、近红外探测及成像、光电神经突触器件与机器视觉、纳米材料与薄膜制备、半导体器件界面调控
