个人简介:
2023年1月加入中山大学微电子科学与技术学院,入选首届教育部海外博士后引才专项(第二类)和广东省重大人才工程青年项目,主持国家自然青年科学基金项目(C类)、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目等科研项目。在Advanced Materials、Matter、Nano Today、Nano Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、International Materials Review、Advanced Electronic Materials、Nano-Micro Letters,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Nanoscale等新型材料与器件领域国际权威学术期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,申请国内外专利2项,英国专利授权1项。
