新型低维半导体器件设计及其功能化研究

仿生神经形态器件设计及其性能调控策略研究

智能感知器件设计及其多模态协同感知机制研究

 

成果简介:

长期围绕新型低维半导体及其异质结构物性分析、原子级微纳电子器件设计与性能调控、面向人工智能应用的多模态协同感知器件设计等开展研究工作。目前,已在国内外重要期刊发表学术论文70余篇。其中,以第一作者(含共同)或通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional Materials等国际重要期刊等上发表学术论文30余篇。
