成果简介:
长期从事基于新原理与新方法的光电子和光子学器件研究,在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials(3篇)、Physics Reports、ACS Nano(6篇)、Advanced Functional Materials(2篇)、InfoMat(2篇)、SusMat、Small(2篇)、Materials & Design(6篇)、ACS Photonics(2篇)、Advanced Optical Materials(2篇)、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces(4篇)、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics、Applied Physics Letters(2篇)、Optical Materials Express、Optics Communications等高影响因子及光学专业类期刊上发表论文50余篇,引用3000余次,H因子29。其中,以第一/通讯作者身份发表高水平SCI论文30余篇。并作为主要撰稿人,在爱斯维尔(Elsevier)等国际著名出版社,出版英文专著章节3项。
申请专利8项,其中3项已授权,2项已完成产业转化。
先后与中国科学技术大学、中山大学、湖南大学、华南师范大学、西安理工大学等高校联合培养博士和硕士研究生10余名,其中获校级优秀博士毕业论文1名。
